International Production, Custom Fabrication & Technical Direction in Lisbon & Barcelona
As an extended production team for Gravity Entertainment, Crew Collective managed the complete international production, custom fabrication, and technical direction for two major automotive dealer conferences in Europe — the Commercial Vehicle conference in Lisbon, followed by the Passenger Vehicle conference in Barcelona. Turning two very different European venues into world-class corporate stages meant handling complex logistics, working inside a protected heritage site, and keeping everything running flawlessly, live.
One Supply Chain, Two Countries
To keep the branding and finish consistent across both cities, most of the custom set pieces and branding elements were manufactured in Delhi and shipped out handling complex freight, customs, and tight timelines to ensure everything arrived exactly when and where it was needed, ready for a smooth build.
Keeping the Show Running, Live
Both conferences featured massive LED screens and full AV setups for the main stage. With over a thousand delegates in the room across multi-day programs, our backstage teams managed real-time content changes and last-minute updates — keeping the show seamless without a single glitch.
Conference Highlights
Building Inside History: Lisbon
Held inside Pavilhão Carlos Lopes a heritage Art Deco landmark in Lisbon, known for its rare blue-and-white tile work. Since the building is protected, every staging element had to stand entirely on its own, putting zero structural stress on the historic walls.
The Barcelona Chapter
Shifting focus to the Passenger Vehicle conference in Spain, the setup transitioned into a modern, sleek aesthetic. We engineered heavy modular structures that replicated the precise international brand identity established in the first leg.
Global Cross-Border Execution
Managing an international production footprint meant balancing strict European venue compliance guidelines with cross-continental freight timelines. Our on-ground technical direction ensured both multi-day stages operated with absolute corporate precision.
