We joined this multi-city fashion tour, conceptualised by White Media Marketing, midway through — stepping in to handle the final two stops in Visakhapatnam and Guwahati. Coming in mid-tour meant matching an existing design language while raising the bar on execution, timelines, and backstage precision.
Stepping In Mid-Tour
Adapting immediately to a pre-defined layout requires flexible execution. We quickly aligned our on-ground management styles to seamlessly integrate with ongoing agency protocols without disrupting the tour's momentum.
Keeping the Crowd Moving
Good production starts outside the venue. We worked closely with local police and traffic teams on route planning and signage, managed a strict accreditation system inside the venue, and built separate raised platforms for VIPs and media — keeping the runway clear and the experience smooth for everyone.
Tour Highlights
Vizag: Delivered a Day Early
Blending fashion and music featuring Bloni's avant-garde designs, a live set by Ritviz, and Tamannaah Bhatia. With real-time visual effects and audio-sync, our crew finished the entire setup a full evening ahead of schedule for rehearsals.
Guwahati: Backstage Done Right
Featuring collections by Nitin Bal Chauhan, Abhishek Patni, Pawan Sachdeva, showstopper Ishaan Khatter, and live sets by KR$NA & KARMA. We built green rooms with dedicated backup power setups handled well before tech checks.
Seamless Technical Synchronization
By deploying multi-redundant power systems backstage and calculating exact structural clear zones around the main runway, our on-site team managed heavy styling, production, and artist cue transitions smoothly from start to finish.
