"Journeying Across The Himalayas"
A Festival Built Like the Mountains It Celebrates
In December 2025, our team at Crew Collective worked as an extended production unit with
Brandwidth Events to bring Royal Enfield's JATH festival
to life — a seven-day tribute to the Himalayas built around sustainability, local art, food,
and tradition. Every corner of the festival was designed to feel like it belonged to the mountains.
Bringing Artists' Visions to Life
Each commissioned artist was provided their own dedicated production team making sure every installation matched their original vision, down to the last material.
Built to Last, Built Responsibly
Staying true to the festival's eco-friendly spirit, we built using natural and upcycled materials bamboo, jute, wood, metal, and even old fabric and clothing repurposed into art.
Five Zones, One Story
Art & Installations
The heart of the festival, home to large-scale artist-led installations.
Himalayan Hub
A non-commercial space showcasing rare regional artifacts, curated by locals from the hills.
Himalayan Bazaar
A market space for artisans and homegrown Himalayan brands to sell their work.
Culinary Space
Rustic food stalls serving everything from Kashmiri Wazwan to Sikkimese momos.
Conversation & Grand Stage
A clean, minimal daytime stage for panels, and a striking Kathkuni-inspired arch stage rigged on a 6-pillar truss, hosting workshops by day and music by night.
Behind the Scenes
With back-to-back performances over seven days, our team managed artist backline needs and tech riders, and kept stage turnarounds quick so the schedule never slipped. We also planned the crowd flow across all five zones — clear pathways, smart barriers, and zoning that kept things smooth, even during the bigger evening crowds.
This was the kind of project that reminds us why we love what we do — deep cultural roots, real craftsmanship, and a festival that felt as honest as the mountains it celebrated.
