"Soul, Sound & Story"

Bringing the Heritage Magic to Sunder Nursery

When Brandwidth Events called us in at the last minute for the Sufi Heritage Festival, we knew exactly what to do — because working with them always feels familiar. In just a few weeks, we built and managed to turn around the entire festival: stages, sound, lights, flea market, and food zones, all set inside the living heritage space of Sunder Nursery, New Delhi.

Respecting a Living Heritage Space

Sunder Nursery isn't just a venue it's a public park people visit every day. So every truck movement, every rig, every sound check was timed around the park's quiet hours, keeping the build invisible to regular visitors while we worked behind the scenes.

Beyond the Music: Flea & Food

A full flea market was designed to match the festival's look and feel, and a curated food zone by QNO kept the crowd well-fed without losing the heritage charm of the space.

Festival Highlights

Bebaak Stage (Day)

Set inside the park's natural amphitheatre for 300 guests. We rigged a custom fabric canopy to cut the harsh afternoon sun while keeping the space open so artists could see their audience.

Mehfil Stage (Night)

As the sun went down, the energy shifted. Warm lighting and finely-tuned acoustic sound systems brought out every raw, intimate note of the evening's Sufi performances.

Flea Market

A dedicated artisanal shopping space seamlessly designed and styled to align beautifully with the historical venue’s aesthetics.

Food Zone by QNO

A highly curated culinary experience catering to thousands of visitors while remaining perfectly integrated without disrupting the overall heritage charm.

Behind the Scenes

Executing a quick turnaround in a highly protected public ecosystem like Sunder Nursery demands absolute micro-management. Our team worked overnight, keeping execution noise to zero during park operational hours, flawlessly syncing backline rigs for multiple musical shifting formats, and handling massive public footprints without leaving a scratch on the historical property.
A festival that felt effortless to attend even though it came together in record time. That's the kind of pressure we like working under.
