Transforming Premium Ballrooms Into High-Energy Corporate Arenas
As the production and technical partner for PMG Asia, we’ve delivered Coca-Cola’s annual Systems Conferences and All Hands Meets across multiple seasons — from Jaipur to Goa to Guwahati. The brief stayed consistent every year: turn premium resort ballrooms into bold, high-energy corporate arenas, without ever compromising on Coca-Cola’s brand standards.
Branding That Starts at the Door
The experience began well before the conference hall lobbies and pre-function areas were fully transformed with custom branding, arrival portals, and welcome moments that blended traditional hospitality with a polished corporate touch.
From Boardroom to Concert Floor
By evening, the same spaces transformed into full-scale concert venues hosting live performances by Sanam Band and Paresh Pahuja. Our sound and lighting systems switched smoothly from clean daytime speech to high-energy concert sound.
Production Highlights
Big Screens, Bold Stages
Instead of standard setups, stages used curved lines with wide LED screens wrapping the room for a wide-angle digital canvas. A glossy black stage floor reflected the screens, adding deep premium visual impact.
Technical Redundancy
Hosting premium speakers like Yuvraj Singh and PV Sindhu meant there was zero room for tech slip-ups. Our backstage teams ran fully redundant backups to keep presentations and audio glitch-free.
Keeping Multiple Coolers Running
A significant technical challenge: powering multiple Coca-Cola Vizi Coolers across the venue without a trip. We mapped out a dedicated power plan with separate, independent power boards completely apart from the main AV load.
