A Three-Zone Immersive Festival Experience for H&M
In January 2026, our team at Crew Collective made its first impression at Lollapalooza India — and it was a project worth debuting with. We were brought on by White Media Marketing to handle the technical production, fabrication, and on-ground execution for H&M’s massive festival footprint.
Multi-Zone Fabrication
Simultaneously executing three distinct, high-traffic consumer touchpoints required precision engineering and quick turnaround times on the active festival grounds.
Technical Integration
From custom motorized mechanical systems to interior projections and climate control, every element was tailored to deliver a seamless branding experience.
Festival Highlights
Zone A: The H&M Dome
An immersive space built for impact featuring custom visuals projected on the interior, climate control for comfort, and a glowing lighting facade that stood out across the festival grounds.
Zone B: The Kinetic Showcase
We engineered and built a custom motorized conveyor belt to showcase H&M's festival merchandise and beauty lines always moving, always catching the eye, all weekend long.
Zone C: The H&M Stage
A custom Red SRF German hangar structure engineered to match the H&M vibe, rigged top to bottom with festival-grade sound, lighting, and performance infrastructure to host a packed lineup of live artists.
Behind the Scenes
Running three large, high-traffic builds at the exact same time at one of the country's biggest music festivals took tight coordination and precision from start to finish. Our production crew micro-managed the heavy logistical incoming traffic, kept synchronization intact for the automated kinetic elements, and guaranteed rock-solid structural stability under intense public engagement.
Our first Lollapalooza project, and one we're proud to call a debut to remember. A big thank you to White Media Marketing for trusting us with their vision.
