Production & Structural Foundation for Delhi's Leading Bartending Competition
From 2024 to 2026, we’ve been the production partner for Food Talk India’s Diageo World Class India Finale in Delhi — one of the world’s leading bartending competitions and cocktail festivals. Our job: build the structural foundation that let dozens of vendors, three competition stages, and a packed festival ground run smoothly, together.
Keeping the Chaos Out
With multiple agencies and brands building their own zones on-site, we set up a token and time-slot system for every incoming vendor truck keeping the gates moving and the build organized from day one. Alongside venue security, we mapped out clear traffic routes to keep production vehicles and public footfall safely apart.
Festival Decor & Main Stage
From the Singleton Bar built to global brand standards, to uniform food stalls and festival decor, every corner stayed true to the event's premium look. The main stage featured a continuous LED wall roof and backdrop combined for a fully immersive live performance experience all weekend.

Precision Competition Stages
Three competition stages ran at once in a tight footprint. We integrated a multi-channel silent headset system so judges could follow stages without any audio clashing, and synced LED bar facades to change color in real time matching whichever brand was poured.
The Savour Zone Escape
A custom fabric-wrapped enclosure created a calm, high-end tasting space inside the festival's energy. Six custom-built bars served premium sample cocktails under focused, moody lighting that put the spotlight on the craft, not the crowd.
The Centerpiece Art Installation
At the heart of the festival grounds stood a custom engineered interactive art installation a seamless infinity mirror paired with synchronized kinetic lit balls which quickly became the most photographed and shared spot at the event.
